Sony HT-XT100 wireless sound bar that makes the basis for TV

The new Sony HT-XT100 is a sound bar that offers a complete and practical solution 2.1 on a single computer that also can be used as a basis for our TV. The HT-XT100 has two tweeters, plus an integrated subwoofer on the same computer. Besides connecting to our usual sources of audio or video, the HT-XT100 features a Bluetooth wireless port to play music from our tablet or smartphone without connecting any cables.

The new HT-XT100 offers a simple design, in line with the other sound bars brand that combines perfectly with the full range of Sony TVs with almost any market model, provided it is just in black. Its dimensions are 70.2 x 7.9 x 31.1 inches, and are designed to be placed on screens up to 55 inches. The front is really very discreet, with speakers hidden behind the typical network, and only draws attention to a small LCD screen that will inform the selected entry. On the right side we find the power button and volume controls, while on the left we find a USB port through which we can listen to music directly from the HT-XT100. The integrated subwoofer is focused toward the ground, so there is no trace of it on the front panel and the rear part includes an outlet for the bass-reflex port.

The Sony HT-XT100 is provided as a team 2.1 with integrated subwoofer, and supports digital audio formats Dolby Digital and Dolby Dual Mono. The embedded DSP equalizer offers various programs like Sports, Business, Games, Music, Movies or Night mode. As in other systems 2.1 of the Japanese multinational, the HT-XT100 incorporates simulation technology surround sound S-Force PRO Front Surround, and the Boost function Clearaudio +. To get an idea of the capacity of the equipment, the new HT-XT100 has a total power of 80 watts (40 + 40 treble to bass) and bass are delivered through a speaker 100 mm, equivalent to four inches approximately.

The HT-XT100 also has a Bluetooth wireless port to send our favorite songs from a smartphone, tablet, or compatible device. In addition, integrated NFC connection will allow us to match the equipment simply by touching each of them.

In short, a practical solution for those who want to improve the sound of your TV but do not want to have to install speakers and wires to the subwoofer. The new Sony HT-XT100 will be available starting this spring, at a price to be determined.
