The company Canon Europe has announced the launch of two portable ultra short throw projector series Canon LV: Canon LV-WX300UST and LV-WX300USTi, which are primarily focused on the use of educational institutions and the business environment.
New items are optimally adapted to work in small confined spaces, because they are able to create a crystal clear picture size from 180 to 220 cm diagonal with projection distance of 28 cm. In addition, when projecting images onto a wall or ceiling decreases the likelihood of highlights and shadows on screen when the speaker speech that provide benefits of ultra-short focus technology.
Canon LV-WX300UST and LV-WX300USTi support the resolution WXGA (1280×800). The brightness of the lamps is declared at the level of 3000 lumens and a service life of 8,000 hours in eco mode. Also, both models have two HDMI ports for connecting other devices. Their total weight is 5 kg.
The unique advantage of version Canon LV-WX300USTi is the presence of built-in camera and the ability to use four infrared pens. Users can adjust the playback settings information simply by touching the camera. For Canon LV-WX300USTi developed an application that supports the drawing in real time. Support for this application opens up additional opportunities for interactive presentation of information. Option Canon LV-WX300UST does not have interactive features.
Model Canon LV-WX300UST available on sale from March and Canon LV-WX300USTi will be available in May 2015.
