The Japanese company Sony seems interested in launch a successor to the Sony Xperia C3 smartphone with a front camera accompanied by an LED Flash which was introduced last year in mid-2014. This was revealed a leak that has left exposed both appearance and some of the features of Sony Cosmos, which apparently will become a new mobile Sony focused on photographs of self-profile.
Starting first by its technical specifications from the American website xperiablog say the Sony Cosmos answer numbering E5306. Inside, the Sony Cosmos incorporate a processor MediaTek (MT6752 model) of eight cores, and the operating system that will give life to your interface will correspond to Android, specifically to one of the latest versions of Lollipop (Android 5.0.2 Lollipop, probably). Filtration makes no reference to any other feature, but seeing this information can sense that we are talking about a mid-range smartphone.
As regards the leaked images of Sony Cosmos, the photograph showing the front of this smartphone reveals a mobile with a very similar to the Sony Xperia C3 appearance. The most notable difference between the Sony Cosmos and Xperia C3 lies in the lower part of the screen, which seems to have been significantly reduced thickness. The front camera with Flash LED remains practically at the same site, and (power and volume) also seem to follow physical buttons located on the right side of the phone.
Sony has not spoken about these images, and by the time the date you could be officially presented this new Sony Cosmos is unknown. The most likely for the submission of this new mobile date may reside in the IFA 2015, the technological event held during the month of September in the city of Berlin (Germany). In any case, it is not confirmed that this smartphone will hit European markets, although the photograph of the translated English interface does not seems to indicate otherwise.
To give us an idea of the final technical specifications that we can expect from Sony Cosmos just let’s look at Sony Xperia C3. This smartphone was presented with a 5.5 inch screen with 1280 x 720 pixel resolution, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 quad-core processor, 1 gigabyte of RAM, 8 gigabytes of internal storage, a front five megapixel camera and a battery of 2500 mAh capacity.
