Android Wear: Google will soon add the Wi-Fi support

Android_Wear-tech-boom.com-01

While Apple has just announced the arrival of his watch, Google continues to improve its platform dedicated to maintain levels. Android Wear will soon take over the Wi-Fi.

The Apple Watch was finally presented in detail and, if perhaps not as revolutionary as some would want, we must recognize that it is still ahead in some areas. Overlooked for watches Android Wear, we made especially connectivity since it is possible to connect via Wi-Fi. From Moto 360 to the new G Watch R Urban, no can do the same. The fault, not the manufacturers, but the Google mobile OS, simply incompatible. Not yet at least.

An update should bring the Wi-Fi support soon…

Indeed, after the support of GPS, Wi-Fi could be the next addition to the Android Wear connectivity radius to believe TheVerge. This would make it possible to continue to receive his notications or use features that require internet connection when the companion is out of range smartphone via Bluetooth, provided you have a hotspot for course provision. And the best part about it is that most of the current watches already have the necessary equipment. It would be sufficient for a software update to activate.

… In addition to some order ergonomic improvements

The source unfortunately not specify when it should be deployed, but added that it should also bring something new to the other two levels. The first is the navigation system, with the ability to scroll through notifications and Google Now cards with a simple twist of the wrist rather than having to use your fingers and hide a portion of the screen. The second would be the user interface, with easy access to directory and applications that must be present to the ends of an endless menu. A nice program in perspective so.
