A robust variant of Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge will soon be arriving on the market. Terminal pictures even just made their appearance on the Web.
Since 2013, the Galaxy S4 Active, Samsung sells a robust variant of its flagship, and it seems that the manufacturer wishes to continue this “tradition” this year. The Korean would indeed work on a Galaxy S6 Active for several months (we talked also here in the month of March). This rumor also seems to confirm today since a leaked picture of unearthed by GSMArena terminal just fuiter on canvas.
Looking at the picture above, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Active appears as a worthy successor of the previous Active models, design views. The terminal has indeed a reinforced hull at the stern and a heart rate monitor located close to the dorsal photo sensor. The front looks meanwhile that of the Galaxy S5 Active with the physical buttons below the display. If you believe the image data is Galaxy S6 Active should not embark on fingerprint reader, unlike the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge.
As for the features of the phone, the latest rumors suggest a Super AMOLED 5.1 inch Quad HD, an Exynos 7420 processor and sensors 16 photos and 5 megapixel cameras on the back and front respectively. The Galaxy S6 Active thus enjoys the same advantages as the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge. Only the battery would suffer a change since it would benefit from a capacity of 3500 mAh on the Galaxy S6 Active, 2550 mAh against the flagships of the brand.
We do however still no information about its price, nor on its release date. However, some rumors suggest a formalization of end of June.
