The second generation Moto E shows with a 4G logo back

The second generation Moto E just made another appearance on the canvas. He carries this time the logo of the operator Verizon and another confirming that it is compatible 4G. Good news.

The new Moto E plays hide-and-seek for several months now. We crossed several times on the web, including the catalogs of some retailers like Best Buy, however, where he never stays long. This time it’s on Android Police that we find him. Our colleagues have found a new visual with future Motorola entry. The design is what we already know but two logos were printed on the back, one particularly interesting.

4G compatibility confirmed

The first is the US operator Verizon. So it would be the variant that will offer in its catalog. Nothing really surprising since we are already most Moto. The new Moto E should reach at its output, although its position rather intended it to the open market.

The second, just below, is the one that interests us most as it confirms 4G compatible smartphone. It has already been mentioned several times in the past but we must admit that we remain skeptical in that even the most exclusive Moto G are not entitled in its second generation. It is now almost certain even if there is the possibility that it is a specific variant Verizon.

Snapdragon 400/410 or 210

Hopefully not, because beyond connectivity, it also implies a new chipset. Rumors speak of a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon. We would then be on a Snapdragon 400 or 410 to benefit from 4G. Another possibility would be the Snapdragon 210, formalized in September with a market in early 2015. In both cases, it should be a nice change from the dual-core Snapdragon 200 of the first Moto E.

The data sheet should include 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal memory and a 5 megapixel camera. The whole course would turn Android Lollipop.
