The American manufacturer recently formalized its new watch model connected: Pebble Time. Launched on Kickstarter, its fundraising goal was met only 20 minutes after the start of the campaign…


 After starting a countdown at the end of last week, the manufacturer has launched its new Pebble watch today. She answers to the name of Pebble Time and will be funded through the crowdfunding site Kickstarter, as was the case for the first model developed by the manufacturer.


 Autonomy 7 days


 With its 9.5 mm thick, Pebble Time is 20% thinner than the first generation and has shown Pebble e-paper display 64 colors. A screen that is struggling to compete with Apple Watch or models running Android Wear, but allows it to optimize its autonomy, estimated 7 days by the manufacturer.


 It is resistant to water (even if it is not waterproof) and has a Gorilla Glass protection on the screen in addition to a stainless metal chassis. It also has the advantage of being customizable, since it is compatible with all bracelets of 22 mm.

 Compatible with the application of the first generation of Pebble catalog of Time also has a new open platform to developers.
