Kazam presents its line-up for the Mobile World Congress

Kazam presents its line-up for the Mobile World Congress

A dozen new terminals enrich the range already supplied Kazam smartphones. The British brand has six Android devices, two Windows Phone and clamshell. No launch date announced or price.

Kazam continues to expand the terminals. Like last year, is approaching the Mobile World Congress that the British-born brand unveils all or part of its new catalog for the first half. At the beginning of 2015, expect a dozen terminals for all needs and tight budgets.

Not all are Android. Not all it’s not 4G. All are not smartphones. But the friendly price and value-added services (3 year warranty, free replacement of the slab in case of breakage for one year and help with the handling service) are always included.

Six new Android, including three compatible LTE

Begin this overview by the range Trooper, most cost Android. It is enriched with 6 new models: 440L, 445L and 450L for 4G terminals (“L” as LTE) and 450, 451 and 455 for 3G models. The last two digits usually tell you the size of the screen: from 4 to 5.5 inches.

Data sheet side, offered little evidence, even if they should all be based on a quad-core MediaTek MT6732 or MT6735 (at least for the 4G models). It will obviously wait for the Mobile World Congress for more comprehensive data sheets.

Two new Windows Phone

The following two models are Windows Phone and enrich the range Thunder 450W and 450WL. The two faces of the same coin (the only difference 4G connectivity for the second), the two smartphones will be powered by Qualcomm chipsets, as required by the specifications Microsoft charges, and a 5-inch touchscreen slab ( if Kazam respect his nomenclature). With the Thunder 340W, Kazam now has three mobile Windows 8 and Windows 8.1. Note that the brand also is launching on Windows tablets with three models, L7, L8 and L10.

Finally, note the arrival of a new range feature phone in the Life: the C6. This is a retro clamshell mobile enough in concept, with a telephone keypad below the screen. Again, no technical information, further the compatibility with the 3G networks. But Kazam specifies that SOS button was implemented for senior citizens. This button sends a message to a pre-loaded list of contacts defined in advance.
