Jawbone has just published a new message on his official blog to announce the upcoming availability of the UP3. The first shipments are now scheduled for April 20. Pre-orders will be processed in the order of arrival but the wait should not exceed mid-May. Note that this information applies to the United States, but since the UP3 is listed on the French site Jawbone, there is no reason that there is not also offered for sale soon. Probably after mid-May, once all honored preorders.
Meanwhile, remember that the UP3 is an evolution of UP24 which he brings mainly new sensors to measure heart rate, respiration, electrodermal activity, skin temperature and ambient temperature in addition to the accelerometer three axes. The goal is obviously to provide a more comprehensive monitoring, whether for business or sleep, and enable Smart Coach to provide more relevant advice.
