After renewing its Redmi small screen, Xiaomi should do the same with the big screen. It could now be developing as the H3Y code and integrate a Full HD screen and a MT6795 chipset.
The range Redmi has already welcomed two new models this year, but not necessarily those we expected. The Redmi 2 obviously part but Redmi 2A played the surprise guests at the anniversary event Xiaomi. It now completes the range while the larger model has yet to be renewed. This is certainly expected. It may even be that the Redmi Note 2 behind the project H3Y has delivered UpLeaks.
First precision, codenamed many would refer to a smartphone in development and, more specifically, to a new Redmi. Several technical elements are listed with, including a Full HD screen. The size is not specified, but given the positioning of the range, such a definition has reason to be on the condition to make a significant gain. We imagine a big screen.
The list also includes an octa-core MT6795 chipset, a 13 megapixel camera from Samsung and a webcam provided by OmniVision. The set would be hosted by the sixth version of MIUI, or one based on Android 5.0 Lollipop.
This is a fact sheet rather well supplied and difficult to imagine associated with a smartphone stuck between the entry and midrange. However, looking a little more closely, it is not so far removed from that of the first Redmi Note runs as MT6592, since replaced by the MT6595 then the MT6795 head of the catalog MediaTek and features identical resolution cameras.
So it would be quite logical evolution in a sense even though we know that the true successor of the MT6592 is the MT6752. As for the Full HD screen, a small bonus or a big considering the price always expected around € 130.
