Acer has expanded its range of convertible teams Aspire Switch with two new models. This is the Acer Aspire Switch 10 and Acer Aspire Switch 10 E. Both teams committed to a screen format 10.1-inch IPS touchscreen and a revolutionary hinge system to be placed in four different positions: portable mode, tablet mode, Store mode and display mode. They also have a good autonomy, the Intel Atom processor series and an internal eMMC memory format that reaches up to 64 GB with 1TB on the keyboard. Yes, the teams Aspire Switch 10 E have a lower price and characteristics tighter designed for environment education and younger. We tell all the features of these models, which reach the European market from next month for a base price of 300 euros.

We start with the most economic models, the Acer Aspire Switch 10 E. These teams have a clear commitment to the education market and will arrive in up to six different colors (black, white, pink, and orange, dark blue and light blue). Your screen size amounts to 10.1 inches; the same format has become a standard within the tablets. This panel is of type IPS touchscreen with resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. This technology helps brilliant images and especially excellent viewing angles. But the interesting thing about this model comes when combined with his keyboard with a special hinge system. This versatile design (also present in the Switch 10) allows us to use the model as a traditional laptop or place the tablet inversely to the keyboard to comfortably see contents. Another way is to store type, intended primarily for use touch apps. Finally, we can detach the two parts of the computer and use the Switch 10 E as a tablet to use.

This is a team with a very thin and lightweight format. If you look at the tablet separately, measuring 26.2 x 18 x 1.09 inches with a weight of 630 grams. If used in combination with the keyboard, measures up to 26.2 x 18 x 2.5 inches and weighs 1.28 kilos. In its core Intel Atom found a quad core processor and an internal memory up to 64 GB eMMC form on the tablet with a traditional hard drive up to 1TB on the keyboard. This is combined with a battery that promises a very competitive time use up to 12 hours and that becomes a guarantee for college or for long journeys. Among the most interesting connections is the inclusion of a full-size USB port to connect devices such as a mouse. The Acer Aspire Switch 10 E will be available from next May at a starting price of 270 euros.

The Acer Aspire Switch 10 is a step in the performance of this team. And although committed to the same size of 10.1 inches, the panel incorporates an excellent Full HD resolution of 1,920 x 1,200 pixels to view the contents with more detail. Also, your deck is reinforced with Gorilla Glass 3 for improving its resistance to shocks and scratches and gives the team a very elegant look. In addition, it is also a lighter and thinner model with just 1.21 kilos and 2.3 inches thick. All this with a battery that offers video playback time up to seven hours. In both cases enjoy the Windows 8.1 operating system and a free version of Office 365 staff. The Acer Aspire Switch 10 hit the market in July with a starting price of 500 euros.
