Lumia 2520: the successor with display 2K and Snapdragon 805?

Lumia 2520 successor with display 2K

In database GfxBench is perhaps appeared the successor to the Lumia 2520 that will use a new display with resolution 2K and the Snapdragon 805 chipset; Windows 10?

The popular Benchmark GFxBench unveiled with its database a new device this time with the Windows operating system, but unfortunately does not specify a version, that could be the successor to the Lumia 2520, a tablet running Windows RT released in December 2013 when Nokia still had not been definitively acquired by Microsoft.

The presumed successor to the Lumia 2520, it also sold in Europe but only through online sites and not the most famous retailers in our country, will use a 10.1-inch diagonal display (the same size then) but with higher resolution that will pass by full hd 1920 x 1080 pixels to 2560 x 1440 pixels of QHD.

To manage a more resolute display will use a more powerful chipset, namely the Snapdragon 805 with four processors Krait 450 operating at maximum frequency of 2.7 GHz and matched to GPu Adreno 420, which will make a good step forward in performance compared to the previous Snapdragon 800 mounted on the Lumia 2520.

The tablet tested on GfxBench shows 55 GB of space available to the user, most likely in this case was analyzed a version with a 64GB internal ROM; Unfortunately, however, the famous database of benchmark does not give us any information about the version of the operating system; tells us that it is in fact only windows but does not specify whether Windows RT (as on the previous Lumia 2520), Windows 8.1 or maybe a preview of Windows 10.

In the list should not be understood Windows 10 for the mobile, since as stated by the latter Microsoft operating system is directed only to all devices that have a smaller display than or equal to 8 inches diagonal; in this case the successor to the Lumia 2520 would be excluded because of the larger display; the problem is with the x86 chipset Arm and not using this device, meaning or makes us understand that Windows 10 desktop will be compatible with the first as well as with the latter?
