A large consignment of glass for iPhone 6 was rejected

Produced party glasses for 4.7-inch iPhone 6 was rejected by the company, with the result that they have been returned for revision.

To make its new generation of smartphones even thinner, Apple has decided to constructively change their display devices. At first glance it may seem that such a use of new technologies should only benefit, but the circumstances can play havoc with the new iPhone 6. As reported by some media outlets, the last time the company has rejected the new technology used in the ready-made displays for its mobile devices.

In the new generation of smartphones displays planned to use one film to increase the brightness of the display, rather than two, as it was in previous generations of such devices. Precisely because of this, the company planned to save a few fractions of a millimeter, making the thickness of the smartphone somewhat thinner. At first, everything went according to plan, and Apple has placed an order for the production of display for the iPhone 6 with new technology.

However, displays that were produced in fairly large batches, the company has rejected. It was therefore decided to quickly return to the display technology with two films that had already been tested by time. As a result of this ready-made panels were returned for revision, during which it will be added to another film.

However, in this case we are not talking about a shift of the smartphone sales. As previously reported, by the beginning of September, Apple will have enough of the devices to represent the 4.7-inch iPhone 6 and start selling it. But, apparently, in some regions, the deficit is still not able to avoid.

Also, it is not clear how the company was able to return the second film, after its removal just helped to reduce the thickness of the device. Accurate answer to this question can be made only after the official release of the sixth-generation iPhone.
