Samsung Z1 with OS Tizen 2.3 in video

Samsung Z1 with OS Tizen 2.3

Samsung Z1 with OS Tizen 2.3, announced a couple of weeks ago in India, is shown in a video showing a high overall speed considered well the cheap hardware.

Tizen 2.3 can perhaps be considered the secret weapon of Samsung in the panorama of the operating systems, a way to break away from Google with its Android and shown to the general public that the Korean company can do even more than that to build smartphone software, tablet and everything else in the panorama of the hi-tech.

The new smartphone Samsung Z1 thanks to a video showing how this release of Tizen is quite smooth and has no problem to run on devices with hardware cost, with potential performance is not particularly high, aimed at users that link most of the sale price that high technology.

The Samsung Z1 uses in fact a dual core processor running at maximum frequency of 1.2 GHz, has 768 MB of RAM, 4GB of internal memory (expandable) and a 4-inch diagonal with resolution 800 x 480 pixels, and despite this by optimizing software Tizen 2.3, as you can see yourself in the video at the bottom item, will remain virtually always fluid, a rarity for devices with similar hardware features.

Strong point of Tizen seems to be even browsing the web with stock browser, which is always very fluid on Samsung Z1 even when we carry scrolls fast, zoom on web pages; this performance on Android hardly see them on smartphones with dual core processors, but only on mid-range device with quad core processors and 1-2GB of RAM.

Another advantage of Tizen is to be able to install Android applications using a specific tool (you can read our previous article here), so that even if the official app store for the new operating system will not be very big, users can use the same their favorite applications by installing them via APK file.

All these software optimizations and performance of Tizen, some experts point out that Samsung is also working to optimize and speed up the TouchWiz interface that will be implemented on the next flagship smartphone Galaxy S6, to obtain performance results similar to those of the Roma stock android, lighter than custom.

We do not know if smartphones Tizen will head for short, in Europe; Samsung Z1 definitely is the first smartphone on the market but it is said that in the future does not come out the other, perhaps with hardware specifications that are better adapted to the European market.
