The interesting thing is that in addition to these benefits, this is a device fitted with a large five-inch screen, a processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 up to four cores and a storage capacity of 16 GB, expandable with microSD cards up to 128 GB. Nokia Lumia 830

 Design and Display

The Nokia Lumia 830 is not a phone to call the attention for being too different from other congeners. In fact, blindly comply with the proposed design line from the beginning by Microsoft Devices. It has dimensions of 139.4 x 70.7 x 8.5 mm and weighs about 150 grams, including battery. The fact that it is slightly larger and heavier than usual (without fanfare) has to do with the fact that the screen is more extensive. Not surprisingly, almost achieving the ideal dimensions to be labeled within the smartphone category. For the housing Devices Microsoft has employed two basic elements: the polycarbonate (a strong and durable plastic) and aluminum, which gives it a touch of distinction that will delight lovers of beautiful designs. Anyway, we’ll find available in four different colors: white, black, orange and green, a range that has already become a classic in the catalog of the firm.

The screen is certainly one of its most important elements. Like I said, occupies part of the front surface that extends up to five inches (diagonal) and has a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, suitable for playback of HD content. It has a density of 269 dots per inch (dpi) and aspect ratio 16: 9. Moreover, as virtually all family members Lumia, runs through technology ClearBlack and have several elements and functions that help us better shape our experience aboard the team. We refer to Nokia Glance, improvements in legibility under sunlight, the brightness control and configuration modes, and brightness controls. Also we highlight the role that active by double-clicking the screen and the protective glass Corning Gorilla Glass 3, ready and willing to prevent accidental bumps and scratches.

 Camera and Multimedia

And here’s a key element for any Nokia Lumia that price: the camera. As you know, for many years, Nokia has taken this issue seriously. Devices Microsoft has followed the trail and has introduced the Nokia Lumia 830 a good 10 megapixel camera, equipped with technology PureView. To all this we must add six lenses optics Carl Zeiss, the prestigious German manufacturer, backlit image sensor and a powerful image stabilizer, developed to obtain optimum quality videos. The camera system also includes face and smile detector, stereo sound recording and geotagging. To extend these features and get pictures in a still higher quality, users can access other accessories like Panoramic Lens, Nokia Refocus, and Bing Vision; Lens for Animated Pictures, Nokia Camera and Nokia Glam Me.

The secondary camera is located at the front and has a discrete sensor, just 0.7 megapixels. This is a simple camera, but very interesting for video calls or self-portraits and selfies.

In the multimedia section, the screen plays a fundamental. The fact that it is a panel of up to five inches guarantees displaying multimedia content and games in a more comfortable manner. However, you should know that the Nokia Lumia 830 is perfectly capable of playing all types of content (music files, video and image). In the words of its data sheet, the following extensions will be supported:  MP3, Midi, AAC, AMR, WAV, JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP, 3GP, MP4 and 3GPP. Moreover, we can state that the phone also boasts surround sound support Dolby Digital Plus, which ensures a more nourished when enjoy this feature experience.

Nokia Lumia 830

 Power and memory

At the heart of the team find one of the greatest jewels. We refer to the processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 400, developed with quad-core architecture 1.2GHz Cortex A7. This chip is able to combine its operations with a graphics card (GPU) Adreno 305 and RAM up to 1 GB. This means that we shall enjoy good performance when running applications, both simple and complex, but also video games or multimedia content with a high potential for graphics. However and to maintaining maximum equipment life, we always recommend not overloading with too many files and applications. The internal memory reaches 16 GB, which ensures good storage capacity. However, this can be expanded with microSD cards up to 128 GB.
