The Taiwanese company Asus has expanded its line of gaming laptops, releasing under the name Republic of Gamers (ROG) 15,6-inch laptop Asus ROG G551 and 17.3 “model Asus ROG G771. Both models are equipped with the graphics performance of Nvidia GeForce GTX 860M with 2 GB or 4 GB of memory GDDR5, as for the processor, with a choice of configuration with chips Intel Core i7-4710HQ and Core i5-4200H.
Asus ROG G551 can be equipped with 15,6 “HD-display (1366×768 pixels), Full HD-screen on the basis of TN-matrix or IPS-panel with a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels. Memory volume in the gaming laptop is 16 GB. Storage represented a 2.5 “hard drive with capacities ranging from 750 GB to 1.5 TB and SSD-cache to 24GB (optional), in addition, will be released the version with a 256-gigabyte solid state drive.
