Moto X + 1: Camera with OIS & power switch on the back

Moto X + 1

Just days before the official presentation of the Moto X + 1 by Motorola now appear more previously unknown details on the smartphone. These relate to the camera, the logo on the back and the sensors on the front. In addition, the smartphone will not, as previously suspected as Moto X + 1 come on the market, but as «The new Moto X “. Whether or not really true all the information we have to wait. On September 4, the Moto X + 1, Moto G2 and are presented Moto 360 SmartWatch in the United States. But we will get the device hopefully also be seen at the IFA 2014 in Berlin.

The Moto X + 1 will therefore come up with some special features that you have been partially seen in any smartphone. It was foreseeable that Motorola can come up with something after the Moto X also offered some properties that are otherwise not know and that have now taken over by other manufacturers. In addition to good technical equipment with a 5.2-inch full HD display, the Snapdragon processor 801 and 2GB of RAM, there are further interesting details.

On the back there are two interesting properties, because the Motorola logo is actually a button to be. The function as a power switch is confirmed whether there are other functions, perhaps by a long press to launch the camera from sleep mode, is still unclear. Furthermore, the built-in main camera should be equipped with an optical image stabilizer – first an optical zoom was expected – and the entire border of the camera is to serve as a light source. Accordingly, there will be not only two LEDs on the sides of the lens, but much lighter and better illumination through the entire ring.

Uncertain but it is meanwhile still at the sensors on the front of the Moto X + 1. These are either a three-dimensional representation on the display ensure, as we know it from Amazon Fire Phone, or but for an app called Moto Aware his thought. As with the Always Listening function of the first Moto X, this function could directly identify the user in certain situations. Currently, there are really almost no details on what to expect with Moto Aware. The app on the Moto home screen speaks at least for this purpose.
