The Samsung Galaxy S6 goes through a performance test

Samsung Galaxy S6 performance test

For the second time in the same month, the Samsung Galaxy S6 has returned to undergo a performance test. This benchmark has revealed much of their technical specifications confirming to the specifications of the Galaxy S6 we knew so far and also adding new information on other features. And we mean by new information data such as eg the main camera, which seems to finally incorporate a 16 megapixel sensor.

This benchmark has appeared in implementing AnTuTu, which is characterized by being responsible for many of the leakage characteristics of new smartphones from major brands. As shown in this test, the Samsung Galaxy S6 appears to incorporate a screen that reaches a Quad HD resolution of 2,560 x 1,440 pixels. This resolution is complemented by a display that, according to previous leaks, reaches a size of 5.5 inches.

In regard to performance, the Samsung Galaxy S6 incorporates a processor eight cores which seems to correspond to a processor model developed by the South Korean company own Samsung. One Exynos 7420 reaching a clock speed of 1.8 GHz addition, if true rumors that appeared a few days ago, this processor could incorporate 4G technology LTE Cat 10 . This technology achieves a discharge rate through the data rate up to 450 Mbps (remember that the ultra-fast 4G internet offers today a download speed of up to 150 Mbps).

But the performance test does not end there. Apparently, the Samsung Galaxy S6 incorporates a 16 megapixel main camera, which would result in a similar chamber -at least number of megapixels- to incorporating the Samsung Galaxy S5. Also keep in mind that in previous leaks have also been talks of a 20 megapixel main camera, so it is difficult to determine which camera moment that will finally bring the new flagship of Samsung.

And that is all the information we have met on this occasion about the Samsung Galaxy S6. If all goes as planned, the most likely date for the official presentation of this new smartphone is likely to fall at Mobile World Congress 2015, a technological event taking place in Barcelona (Spain) during the month of March next year 2015.

Followers of the Note range, meanwhile, will have to wait at least until September 2014, coinciding with the IFA technology event to attend the launch of the new Samsung Galaxy Note 5. To a lesser extent, in the past weeks has also been leaked technical specifications related to the successor of Note 4.
