Apple went last 4th December to the Patent and Trademark US to register your new idea, a Stylus. It is not the first time that the Cupertino Company is working on one of these tools but until today, none of its six generations of tablets has included. With the iPad Air Plus (until recently known as iPad Pro) on the horizon, a device for professional use we have been talking for many months, it seems obvious that both news could be related.
The paper presented at the American entity describes “a stylus with architecture for signal detection and demodulation which allows synchronization between the stylus and the screen”. What is surprising is that the patent is dated to December 4, indicating that this is accessories that have been prepared in recent months.
For some reason, Apple has believed all along that a stylus was not necessary for any of its iPads whatever their size, therefore, no reason to believe that future generations of iPad Air 2 may include, leaving us tray more feasible option, iPad Air Plus or iPad Pro. Definitely a tablet defined as “professional use” wants to focus on the business field; we could really use a stylus, and possibly what they thought the company headquarters in California.
Apple has as references to Microsoft, which has long included a pencil with Surface and has served in many cases replacing conventional means. Samsung also has experience in this regard and other companies. But not worth them to make a Stylus, they want it their way. Mentioned in “The conventional styli lack the precision and control of traditional writing instruments” .
They also say that usually these pencils are too heavy bulky, making us thinks that your proposal will be a thin and highly accurate pen that can be used for both writing and for other purposes such as drawing professional levels. We will also see if the market comes as the synchronization between the stylus and screen, a novel aspect is developed. The iPad Air Plus now charge more interest if possible, but we have to wait until mid-2015 to know if the latest rumors are correct.
The iPad Air Plus could include a novel Stylus
