Kodak may submit a smartphone in January

The US Company Kodak mainly specialized in the manufacture of devices and accessories for photography, could give a major surprise during 2015. Apparently, Kodak could present during CES 2015 technology event a new smartphone that incorporate as standard Android operating system and, primarily, would focus on the multimedia aspect of photography.

 Apparently, the new smartphone that Kodak present in less than two weeks will focus mainly on the pictures and the experience obtained by the user when taking snapshots with your mobile. But this-at least for now does not mean that this new terminal will incorporate a spectacular main chamber, since the information handled at the moment does not contain any information about the sensor incorporating the Kodak camera phone.

 All this information has been distributed by a communications agency called PR Newswire because of an agreement between Kodak and an English company called Bullitt, so in principle we are talking about a reliable source.

 The statement released by the agency of communication solely limited to mention that this new smartphone “will offer the best management system [probably referring to the edition] of the photographs”.  Therefore, the only thing we know for sure right now is that Kodak will present a new smartphone at CES 2015, apparently focused on photography, on which standards do not know any technical specification. But also, this same statement published by PR Newswire agency also notes that Kodak present throughout the second half of 2015 a new smartphone with 4G connectivity for ultra-fast Internet, a tablet and a “camera connected” (probably a camera with different functions related to Internet).

 Recall that the 2015 CES technology event held in Las Vegas (USA) during the month of January, specifically between the 6th and 9th of that month. We are talking about an event in which the most important technology companies in the world disclose their news by the year 2015, and usually is aimed at new all countries. Although, in the case of Kodak, it is unlikely that the smartphone will be presented at this event go to reach the European market.
