The debate around Nokia at smartphone market has been solved in a really unexpected way: just introduced a tablet has Android operating system and also comes with a price / quality ratio very good with technical specifications that the closer to the high end and a price that’s closer to the midrange. We give full details of the new Nokia N1.
Design
The truth is that the design seems to have changed considerably over previous Lumia, meeting with some softer lines and closest to the iPad mini format, which also shares the screen size and the aluminum housing. Her measurements are in fact quite similar as well (20.07 x 13.86 cm) and weight (318 grams) and its thickness is actually lower, with only 6.9 mm. Another feature that will distinguish the Lumia range is a commitment to a shorter range of colors and sober “natural aluminum” and “lava gray”.
Technical Specifications
The Nokia N1 come with a 7.9-inch screen with 2048 x 1536 resolution and an Intel Atom Z3580 processor with four cores and support 64-bit 2.3 GHz that will accompany 2GB of RAM. So far it seems to only be an option for what concerns storage capacity: 32 GB. With respect to the cameras, will be 8 MP main and rear 5 MP. An interesting detail is that it will be one of the first tablet that has a USB type-C, reversible connector. Battery finally is 5300 mAh. The protagonist of the technical specifications, however, is the operating system, of course: Android 5.0 Lollipop, nothing less.
Price and Availability
The tablet will sell for $ 249 plus tax, which makes it quite interesting, but it seems that we still have to wait a while in Europe, will go on sale in China before the end of the Chinese year, and only then will the rest of the world.
