Lenovo is working on a new Lenovo Vibe X2

new Lenovo Vibe X2

During the month of September saw the presentation of Lenovo Vibe X2, a smart phone that boasted Asian company Lenovo to incorporate a five-inch screen at a thickness of only 7.27 millimeters. Following this presentation, Lenovo seems to have been put to work to launch a new Lenovo Vibe X2 will keep the same screen size but at the same time reduce its thickness to 6.8 mm.

This new Lenovo Vibe X2, whose brand name is yet to be defined, it will also bring with it slightly different specs compared to the current Lenovo Vibe X2. As noted by the rumors that have appeared on the US website PhoneArena, the new Lenovo  Vibe X2 incorporate an eight-core processor MediaTek to run at a clock speed of 1.5 GHz. The current Lenovo Vibe X2 has a processor that is also a MediaTek eight cores operating at 2GHz, which makes it difficult to determine the intentions that has Lenovo with this new smartphone.

Still, as pointing from some US media, the new Lenovo Vibe X2 provides a slightly lower current Lenovo Vibe X2 performance. Beyond the clock speed, it appears that the Vibe X2 seems to incorporate Cortex-A53 processor type, which compared with the current Vibe X2 processors (Cortex-A17 and Cortex-A7) would offer less performance than the same time, would be offset by lower battery consumption.

All other features of the new Lenovo Vibe X2 are summarized in a main 13 megapixel camera, a front camera of eight megapixels, and a RAM memory of 2 gigabytes, 16 gigabytes of internal memory expandable via microSD and LTE connectivity (ie, 4G connectivity ultra-fast) internet.

An important detail to note is also that the operating system installed in the new terminal seems to correspond to your version of Android 4.4.2 KitKat, which reveals that the new Lenovo Vibe X2 will most likely be presented during this year. Otherwise, it would make sense to incorporate the Android 5.0 Lollipop version, since it is the version that will bring virtually all standard high-end phones to be launched during 2015.

For the record it should be noted that the current Lenovo Vibe X2 features among its features five-inch screen with 1,920 x 1,080 pixel resolution, a MediaTek processor (MT6595M model) eight cores running at 2 GHz, 2 gigabytes of RAM, 32 gigabytes of internal memory, a main 13 megapixel camera and 2,300 mAh battery. As in the case of Lenovo Vibe X2, we have to wait some time to see if the new Lenovo Vibe X2 reach distributed in Europe.
