LG Electronics announced the global sales of 31-inch IPS-display Digital Cinema (model 31MU97) with a resolution of 4K (4096 × 2160 pixels) at a price of $ 2,499. At the same price offered recently announced Apple 27-inch iMac a monoblock with display Retina 5K (5120 × 2880 pixels). The users of Apple devices will be pleased to know that the new monitor is compatible with Mac computers and supports high-speed interface Thunderbolt.

IPS-display monitor provides 99-percent coverage of the Adobe RGB color space and offers a number of options and modes required for the work of the professional. The monitor has preset module hardware calibration software to calibrate the color True Color Pro, and also has a function of Dual Color Space, allows simultaneous display the image in two different color modes for comparison and evaluation of their work in different perspectives.
This week LG 31MU97 monitor will be available in the US, UK, South Korea, Australia and Germany. In November, the novelty will be available in the Netherlands, Spain, Poland and Japan.
