The site of the Chinese agency TENAA was seen smartphone Doov V1, which, judging by the description and photos, will receive an unusual flip camera. 13-megapixel photo module with dual LED flash will be installed in a special pull-out mechanism, which will be attached to the body of the phone with the help of hinges. Due to its design the camera depending on the position will serve as the main and front photo module. On the strength of such an unusual decision on photographs rather difficult to judge, also not entirely clear how the mechanism is set in motion – either manually or programmatically.
Doov V1 will get a 5-inch IPS-display with a resolution of 1280×720 pixels, a quad-core processor with a frequency of 1.5 GHz, 2 GB RAM, 16 GB of internal storage with no possibility of expansion at the expense of the memory card, microUSB 2.0 and Android 4.4.4. The physical dimensions of the smartphone are 148 x 72 x 8,5 mm and weighs 144 grams phone.
It is unlikely that the device will go on sale outside China. The release date and the approximate cost are not disclosed.
