Samsung Galaxy S6, possible technical specifications of the new flagship of Samsung

Samsung Galaxy S6 specifications

There is no doubt that next year 2015 the South Korean company Samsung launched a new Samsung Galaxy S6, as it has been doing every year since the arrival of the Samsung Galaxy S2. Although it is still early to talk about the technical specifications of the successor of Samsung Galaxy S5 (especially considering the recent presentation of Note 4) in the network and have begun to appear leaks that seem to reveal some features of the Samsung Galaxy S6. According to the leaks, the Samsung Galaxy S6 could reach the market with a Super AMOLED screen 5.3 inch 4K resolution (ie 3840 x 2160 pixel resolutions, which would be even higher than the 2,560 x 1,440 pixel resolution of Note 4).

But information does not end there. As we read in the Asian MyDrivers technology news site, the Samsung Galaxy S6 could be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 eight-core processor operating under the 64-bit technology (which also makes us think that we would find the operating system Android in its latest version of Android 5.0 Lollipop). The RAM capacity would be increased from 2 gigabytes Galaxy S5 to 4 gigabytes, so the performance would offer the Samsung Galaxy S6 would be more than enough to run multiple tasks simultaneously without suffering any flow problem.

In addition to the new level of performance, the Samsung Galaxy S6 could also have a completely new design. First, the plastic case may eventually be replaced by a metal housing, which is not at all unreasonable given that the market for mobile telephony is increasingly related to the fashion world (as we has proved the launch of Samsung Galaxy Alpha). Furthermore, with respect to the design of the front panel, the Galaxy S6 could also bring a feature about which we spoke before the Samsung Galaxy S5 are presented: the iris scanner, which would unlock the screen identifying the user through the iris.

As regards the multimedia section, the Galaxy S6 could incorporate a main chamber 20 megapixels. This would also include the camera’s optical image stabilization (OIS), which is already present today in the main chamber of the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 (a camera whose sensor is 16 megapixels).

Although it may still seem too quick to talk about the features of Samsung Galaxy S6, we must not forget that the official launch is likely to take place during the month of March 2015, coinciding with the 2015 Mobile World Congress technology event to be held in the city Barcelona (Spain) during those dates.
